RULES AND REGULATIONS apply as printed in the front of the Prize List, as well as the following:

1. |
All entries must be solely the
work of the amateur exhibitor |
|
2. |
The Judge is authorized to
discard all soiled or defaced work. |
|
3. |
Exhibitors will be allowed no
more than one entry in any one section. |
|
4. |
ADULT and YOUTH ART (CLASS 63A and CLASS 63B): All pictures
must be framed and wired for hanging. Sketches to be mounted on a hard backed paper, extending 1 ½ " - 2" outside of the sketch.

5. |
ALL ADULT (CLASS 63A)
Exhibitors will be charged a fee of $5.00 per entry unless having a 2008 membership and are to be received Thursday,
October 9th, between 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Friday, October 10th, between 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED
AFTER 4:30pm on Friday, October 10, 2008 |

6. |
ALL ADULT (CLASS 63)
entries must remain in place until 4:30 pm, Monday, October 13th
and must be picked up by 5:00 pm that day. |

7. |
INTERMEDIATE (CLASS 64A and 64B)
Submissions are to be mounted. All paintings are to be originals no copies nor paint-by-numbers.
A COPY IS DEFINED AS A DRAWING OR PAINTING TAKEN (or partially taken) FROM ANOTHER ARTISTS'S WORK. Including tracing from original art, cartoon characters / animation.

8. |
ALL INTERMEDIATE (CLASS 64A and 64B)
entries are exempt from Exhibitor's fees, and may be brought to the Secretary’s Office starting Monday, October, 6th until Friday, October 10th at 4:30 p.m.
NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED
AFTER 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 10th, 2008 |

9. |
The artist's name must be
covered if on front, BUT visible on back of exhibit. |
|
10. |
Entry previously exhibited and
won a Prize at a Woodbridge Fair will not be allowed. |
|
11. |
CONTENT must conform to
generally accepted moral standards, deemed by the Administration
to be suitable for display at the Woodbridge Fair. |
|
12. |
The Committee is not
responsible for any exhibit left in the Fairgrounds after the Home
Craft Building closes at 5:00 p.m. on the last day of the Fair. |
