TIPS ON SHOWING

A. |
Read the Prize List, follow instructions carefully. |
|
B. |
All entries must be the exclusive and personal work of the person submitting the entry. |
|
C. |
This is a competition for amateur artists and the work of professionals will not be accepted. |
|
D. |
An entry fee of $5.00 must be included with your entry, unless you already have a 2011 membership. There is no entry fee needed for Class 63C. |
|
E. |
Exhibitors will be only allowed one entry per section. |
|
F. |
All entries in Class 63A & B must be framed and wired for hanging. Sketches are to be mounted on a hard-backed paper, extending 1.5" to 2" outside the sketch. The artist's name must be visible on the back of the work. |

G. |
All entries must be received in the Secretary's Office by 4:00pm on Friday, October 7th. |
|
H. |
All entries must be picked up in person at the Community Building (#5) on Monday, October 10th between 4:30 and 5:00pm. |
|
I. |
Entry tags must be firmly attached to all articles
by the exhibitor. Articles without tags or with tags improperly filled out will not be
accepted! |
|
J. |
The judge reserves the right not to show entries which they consider not suitable for family viewing. |
|
K. |
Exhibits must not have been entered in previous Woodbridge Fairs. |
