ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE WOODBRIDGE FAIR apply as printed on
Rules and Regulations Pages:

1. |
All entry forms should be in
the hands of the Secretary by October 9, 2009 by 4:30 p.m. |
|
2a . |
The Secretary's office will be
open to issue entry tickets on October 5th, 6th, & 7th
10:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., October 8th 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. |

2b. |
After obtaining entry tickets
at the office, please bring exhibits to the Homecrafts Building,
Thursday, October 8th from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday,
October 9th from 12:00 noon to 4:30 p.m.No entries will be
received at the office after 4:30 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS. |

All work must be the work of
the exhibitor. All entries must be correctly ticketed. No mixes
are to be used. JUNIOR EXHIBITORS MUST BE AT LEAST SEVEN (7) YEARS
OLD. |

4. |
All bread, rolls and loaves are
to be in clear Zip Lock plastic bags with the entry tags inside
and to be baked in a pan approximately 9" x 5" x 3".
Bread and
Bread and loaves should be on sturdy covered cardboard 1" larger than the
base of the bread. |

5. |
All cakes are to be on sturdy
covered cardboard 1" larger than the base of the cake. |
|
6. |
Pies are to be on 9" foil
plates, inside a Zip Lock Bag. Cookies, muffins and tarts are to be on sturdy plates,
inside clear plastic Zip Lock bags. |

7. |
Fruit pies are to be made from
fresh or frozen fruit. No canned fillings are to be used. |
|
8. |
Preserved fruits and pickles
are to be in regulation 500 ml sealers only. The entry tag is to be
held in place by a rubber band around the jar. Jams and Jellies
are to be in regulation 255 ml jelly jars. No wax. |

9. |
Exhibits are to be removed on
Monday, October 12th , 2009 between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. |
|
10. |
A non-member exhibitor's fee of $5.00 will be charged per person. No entry fee for Junior classes. |
|
11. |
All Proofs of Purchase for
Specials shall show entry number. |
