Rules & Regulations for Submissions:

The Secretary’s office will be open on October 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm to distribute entry tickets.
|
|
2. |
All Entry forms and items for Class 77 must be submitted by 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 8th, 2009.
|
|
3. |
The entry fee is $5.00.
|
|
4. |
Entries that have been tagged should be taken to the Homecrafts Building on Thursday, October 8th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
|
|
5. |
No entries will be received after 2:00 pm on October 8th, 2009.
|
|
6. |
Please review and adhere to the following rules for Class 77:
|
- Antiques must be at least 50 years old to qualify
- Entries are judged on condition and age. Small cracks or flaws will not disqualify the item.
- Only one entry per section is permitted.
- Amateurs only may enter - NO DEALERS.
- If possible, supply a 3" x 5" index card with a story or historical explanation about your item.
- The item must not have been exhibited in the last five years.
- Prize money, unless otherwise stated, applies to all sections:
1st - $6.00, 2nd - $5.00, 3rd - $3.00
- We will take the best possible care to safeguard the items, but cannot be responsible for accidents to them.
