Rules & Regulations for Submissions:
1. The Secretary’s office will be open on October 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm to distribute entry tickets.
2. All Entry forms and items for Class 77 must be submitted by 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 8th, 2009.
3. The entry fee is $5.00.
4. Entries that have been tagged should be taken to the Homecrafts Building on Thursday, October 8th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
5. No entries will be received after 2:00 pm on October 8th, 2009.
6. Please review and adhere to the following rules for Class 77:
  • Antiques must be at least 50 years old to qualify
  • Entries are judged on condition and age. Small cracks or flaws will not disqualify the item.
  • Only one entry per section is permitted.
  • Amateurs only may enter - NO DEALERS.
  • If possible, supply a 3" x 5" index card with a story or historical explanation about your item.
  • The item must not have been exhibited in the last five years.
  • Prize money, unless otherwise stated, applies to all sections: 1st - $6.00, 2nd - $5.00, 3rd - $3.00
  • We will take the best possible care to safeguard the items, but cannot be responsible for accidents to them.
