A. |
Read the Prize List, follow instructions carefully. |

B. |
All entries must be the exclusive and personal work of the person submitting the entry. |
|
C. |
This is a competition for amateur photographers and the work of professional photographers will not be accepted. |
|
D. |
An entry fee of $5.00 must be included with your entry, unless you already have a 2010 membership. There is no entry fee needed for Class 90A. |

E. |
All entries must be 5" x 7" prints, mounted on stiff cardboard with a 1" border all around with the name, address and phone number of the entrant written on the back.
Please include the class and section in which it is to be entered. |

F. |
Photographs must not have been entered in previous Woodbridge Fairs. |
|
G. |
The same photograph cannot be entered in two categories. |
|
H. |
All entries must be received in the Secretary's office no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 6th, 2011. |

I. |
All entries must be picked up in person at the Community Building (#5) on Monday, October 10th between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. |

J. |
Entry tags must be firmly attached to all articles by the exhibitor.
Articles without tags or with tags improperly filled out will not be accepted! |

K. |
The judge reserves the right not to show entries which they consider not suitable for family viewing. |
