RULES AND REGULATIONS
|

| 1. |
Open to Grades JK-8 in schools in Vaughan, King
Township and North York, including all Home School children as
well. |
| 2. |
No entry fee or membership is required. |
| 3. |
Grade as of June 2008. |
| 4. |
ENTRIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED IF NOT THE SIZE OR
MATERIAL SPECIFIED IN THE LIST. |
| 5. |
Only 5 entries in each number section from each school room.
JK & SK Teachers with an AM & PM class, or alternate day classes, may submit 5 entries per category per class. |
| 6. |
All entries must be completed at school, or homeschooling. |
| 7. |
Children in Special Education Classes may enter
in appropriate grade level that is the discretion of the teacher. |
| 8. |
PLEASE PRINT all entry tags and make sure that school entry number, section number, and
student’s name are clear. Please mark the room
number as well to facilitate returns, e.g. “5-230".
Please note that the "address" on the entry tag in
this case refers to the school's address, not the child's address,
unless the child is Home Schooled. |
| 9. |
No work is to be mounted unless stated. |
| 10. |
The last date for entries is Noon, Tuesday, June 10, 2008. |
| 11. |
All entries may be brought to
Woodbridge Public School by 4:30 p.m. on Monday June 9th, or noon to 1:00 p.m., Tuesday June 10th, 2008 |
| 12. |
Prize ribbons will be given to the top 5 in each number section. |
| 13. |
Art not selected for the fair, will be returned within 3 days. |
Prize winning exhibits will be displayed at the Woodbridge Fair, Thanksgiving Weekend, October 11, 12, 13, 2008.
Prize winning exhibits may be picked up by a teacher, school representative or a delegated person on Monday, October 13th, between 4:00 and 4:30 p.m. |
