A. |
Read the Prize List, follow instructions carefully. |
|
B. |
Class 80 is open to Grades JK to 8 (grade as of September 2011) in schools in Vaughan, King Township and North York |
|
C. |
No entry fee is required. |
|
D. |
Entries will be disqualified if not within the size or material specified in the sections. |
|
E. |
Only 5 entries in each number section from each school room.
JK & SK Teachers with an AM and a PM class, or alternate day classes, may submit 5 entries per section per class. |

F. |
Please print all entry tags and make sure that school entry number, section number, and
student’s name are clear. Please mark the room number as well to facilitate returns. |

G. |
No work is to be mounted unless specified. |
|
H. |
The last date for entries is Tuesday, October 4th, 2011. All entries are to be brought to the Secretary's office by 4:30 p.m. |

I. |
Prize ribbons will be given to the top 5 in each section. |
|
J. |
Prize winning exhibits will be displayed at the Woodbridge Fair, Thanksgiving Weekend, October 8th, 8th, and 10th.
They may be picked up by a teacher or school representative on Monday, October 10th starting at 4:30 p.m. Art work must be picked up and will be kept for only 3 days following the Fair. |

Art not selected to be displayed at the Fair will be returned within 3 days of judging. |

L. |
The winning poster of the Special Class Grade 7 and 8 will become the property of the Woodbridge Fair Board. |
